What car might be the best to drive but the worst to look at. Maybe a Schuppan 962 or a Ferrari 512 gto evoluzione.

The Italdesign Scighera is an out of proportion oddity, but I can’t help but like it.

The newest incarnation of my beloved smart brand. Here was the concept, which looked absolutely great! The front end was raked back a bit, and they had Audi style LED headlights. It was aggressive, but oh so smooth. Plus, it had side skirts to protect the metal bits from debris strikes.

The final product has a vertical front end, no side skirts whatsoever, and fugly reflector housings for the headlights. I guess as a redeeming feature, they carried the LED DRLs from the concept to the final product.

Me thinks that the LEDs will come back (after all, why did they work so hard on them, just for a single concept) when the car gets a refresh in however many years, but still.
